ما نجمعه

الحساب: رقم الهاتف، الاسم، الولاية، ووسيلة استلام المال للمؤثرين.
حسابات التواصل للمؤثرين: اسم الحساب ورابطه، المعرّف الثابت والاسم الظاهر الذي تعطيه المنصة، عدد المتابعين، ولقطات الشاشة التي يرسلها المؤثر للمراجعة (تبقى خاصة ولا تُنشر).
الطلبيات: اسم الزبون وهاتفه وبلديته وعنوانه، يراها التاجر صاحب الطلبية فقط. المؤثر يرى الهاتف مخفياً في أغلبه.
النقرات على الروابط: وقت النقرة، نوع الجهاز، الموقع الذي جاء منه الزائر، وبصمة مشفّرة لعنوان IP تُمسح بعد 30 يوماً.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط: جلسة الدخول، اللغة، وملف lk_clicks الذي يحفظ آخر النقرات لنسب الطلبية للمؤثر الصحيح (60 يوماً).

الدخول عبر Instagram وTikTok وSnapchat

عندما يربط المؤثر حسابه عبر الدخول الرسمي للمنصة، نقرأ مرة واحدة فقط: المعرّف الثابت للحساب، واسم المستخدم أو الاسم الظاهر، وعدد المتابعين. نستعمل ذلك لإثبات أن الحساب ملك للمؤثر ولحساب أهليته للحملات.

لا نطلب كلمة سر أي منصة أبداً.
رمز الدخول (access token) يُستعمل على خادمنا أثناء الربط ثم يُترك: لا نحفظه، ولا نرسله للمتصفح، ولا نكتبه في السجلات.
لا ننشر شيئاً على حسابك، ولا نقرأ رسائلك أو منشوراتك.
يمكنك فصل الحساب في أي وقت من صفحة «حساباتي الاجتماعية»، أو سحب الإذن من إعدادات المنصة نفسها.

كيف نستعمل البيانات

لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: إنشاء الحسابات، إيصال الطلبيات للتاجر، حساب العمولات ودفعها، التحقق من حسابات المؤثرين، ومنع الاحتيال. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجّرها، ولا نستعملها للإعلانات.

من يرى البيانات

التاجر يرى طلبياته. المؤثر يرى نتائج روابطه دون بيانات الزبائن الكاملة. البريد والهاتف ووسيلة الدفع لا تظهر للعموم أبداً. تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم PythonAnywhere في الاتحاد الأوروبي.

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك بمراسلتنا على islemyousfi167@gmail.com. نحذف بيانات حسابات التواصل عند الطلب. سجلات المال (الطلبيات والعمولات والدفعات) نحتفظ بها المدة التي يفرضها القانون والمحاسبة.

Linka is an Algerian platform that connects merchants with content creators; creators earn a commission on each delivered order. Operator: Islem Yousfi, email: islemyousfi167@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account: phone number, name, wilaya (region), and, for creators, how they want to be paid.
Creators' social accounts: username and profile link, the stable account id and display name given by the platform, follower count, and screenshots the creator sends for review (kept private, never published).
Orders: the customer's name, phone, commune and address, visible only to the merchant who owns the order. Creators see the phone number mostly masked.
Link clicks: time, device type, referring site, and a hashed IP address that is erased after 30 days.
Cookies: login session, language, and lk_clicks, which remembers recent link clicks so an order is credited to the right creator (60 days).

Login with Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat

When a creator links an account through the platform's official login, we read once: the account's stable id, its username or display name, and its follower count. We use this only to prove the creator owns the account and to decide campaign eligibility.

We never ask for any platform password.
The access token is used on our server during the linking and then discarded: it is not stored, not sent to the browser and not logged.
We never post on your behalf and never read your messages or posts.
You can disconnect the account at any time from the «Social accounts» page in Linka, or revoke access in the platform's own settings.

How we use data

Only to run the service: accounts, sending orders to merchants, computing and paying commissions, verifying creators' accounts and preventing fraud. We do not sell or rent data and do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Merchants see their own orders. Creators see their links' results without full customer details. Email, phone and payment details are never public. Data is hosted on PythonAnywhere servers in the European Union.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account by writing to islemyousfi167@gmail.com. Social account data is deleted on request. Money records (orders, commissions and payouts) are kept as long as law and accounting require.
