Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-27

By using Linka you agree to these terms. Operator: Islem Yousfi, email: islemyousfi167@gmail.com.

The service

Linka lets merchants list products and creators promote them with personal links. The merchant handles the sale and delivery, pays the creator a commission on each delivered order only, and pays Linka a fee per delivered order.

Your account

Your information must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your login safe.
Creators may only link accounts they actually own. Linking someone else's account or inflating followers leads to rejection or suspension.

Not allowed

Fake orders, automated clicks, or any attempt to game commissions.
Products that break Algerian law, counterfeits, or misleading advertising.

Commissions and payouts

A commission is earned once delivery is confirmed. Cancelled or returned orders earn nothing. Linka may hold a payout while suspected fraud is reviewed.

Social accounts

Linking Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat is optional and is done through the platform's official login or a manual review. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Liability and changes

Linka is an intermediary between merchants and creators, not the seller of the products. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update the terms and will show the date of the last update above. Questions: islemyousfi167@gmail.com.
